Virtual Civil Ceremonies via Zoom

Experience the convenience and intimacy of a Zoom wedding with Texas Wedding Ministers. Host your wedding ceremony from the comfort of your home, whether it’s a private event with just you and the officiant or a larger celebration with guests joining virtually.
This option is especially ideal for military couples who may be apart.
How Does a Virtual Wedding Work?
- Obtain Your Marriage License:
Secure a Texas Marriage License from any Texas County Clerk’s office. Learn more about obtaining a Texas Marriage License here. - Reserve Your Wedding:
Book your ceremony using the link below. - Receive Confirmation and Instructions:
You’ll get a confirmation email with details on where to mail your license and a Zoom link for your virtual ceremony. This link can also be shared with your guests. - Attend Your Zoom Wedding:
A licensed officiant will conduct your ceremony via Zoom. The couple does not need to be in the same location, but since Texas allows single proxy weddings, at least one party must be in Texas at the time of the ceremony. The license will be signed live on camera. - License Filing:
After the ceremony, the signed license will be mailed back to the County Clerk’s office for official filing. The county clerk will then return an official signed copy, which serves as your marriage certificate. - Celebrate Your Marriage!
Say “I do” without boundaries and make your special day uniquely yours, wherever you are!
